Certainly didn't get time to worry about this loss.

The rolling M shape rejecting the 1.02 DZ level and break of rising barrier. I was thinking the bears might like to rund the stops below the UK window lows.
Hindsight Bias: Ema was still sideways inside UK window range.

Very quiet Tokyo open for this pair as is often the case.
Currently price is trading between the 1.02 DZ and the PP.
It is always easy to gauge the power of the market if I can keep the vertical axis at a 20 pip incremental distance.

Tokyo sushi time 12:15PM

- breaking above Daily Pivot and BRN 1.0200 would be significant to go long

- look left to see most recent price action swing highs!

Yep watching that one now.
If the bulls can clear 1.02 and keep riding the 25 ema 1.0220 and 1.0250 might just be on the cards

Bulls taking charge so far in the EU Open.
Just a small 15 pip run up but holding above the 1.02 DZ and PP
Definitely want to see this find some more bulls willing to buy in here at the ema.

Possible little bull flag setting up here for run 1.0220??
I never know which way the market is going to go, I just try to trade with the dominant party at the time.
Would love to see a false low here in the UK Open.
Happy to run with the bears if they take over.

For a buy I will buy a break @ 1.0208.
This is looking like a tease break at the moment.

It was long patient wait through the Asian session but the UK open hour did everything it needed to do.

Although the open did push down there was a lovely false low and a really powerful bullish candle that confirmed the false low while closing above the ema and the 1.02 DZ level. Double pressure had been set up above the pattern and the effect is continuing as I type this.

I don't really like to say "how much" I won or lost on a trade or series of trades but though it might be good to show this week's trades so far so people can see they match the ones I'm posting.

well, I waited till Frankfurt Open and took the first setup candle.

set SL -1R and TP +2R, SL is -5pips below the 25EMA at the time of the setup candle


just 'set-and-forget' and went out for afternoon coffee with some friends.

came home and check my chart...

just hit 2R profit.

this is a good scalping method on m5 chart timeframe and as usual requires patience and discipline to wait for the setup

Beautiful work. Love those trades that do that, when you see the setup, take the trade, and as much as possible let the market do what it needs to do.

Appreciate that you are also able to spend time to post here as well.

Yep, bears are certainly in charge at this point. I feel they are testing the floor a bit here with the R1 @ 1.0220 and a small pause in the up move from UK Open.

Based on some advice I received I've had another attempt at starting systems thread related to this method.

Would really welcome some of your charts over there if you ever have the time.
