I've mentioned it before and Engineer refers to this in the first post but it is much more effective to use multiple timeframes for this strategy if you want higher win rate and higher returns per trade.

I think the zone is OK but I'm not sure you are grasping the subtleties of this strategy. Simply identifying a compressed zone, drawing a trend line and horizontal line, and expecting it to produce a profitable trade isn't going to work. Price action trading isn't that easy I'm afraid. You have to think about context which includes things like trend, bias, momentum etc. As an example look at UJ on a daily or H4 chart. We've had a 150 pip straight line move - that is very strong buying. Do you really think you can sell after such a strong move up? I don't know your level of experience in trading but, if you don't understand context, I would suggest trying what I have outlined over the last week or so - find HTF locations and then look for LTF price action confirmation. Study the NZDUSD trade I posted this morning. Does it make sense what I was doing? Look at other recent trades I have posted and note that I have posted a HTF chart and a LTF chart. By adopting that methodology you can, to an extent, get round worrying about context so much.

I think you need to re-read the thread, study the chart examples and then try and answer questions like that yourself. To get you started, that is not a valid setup.

I should add that none of those indicators on your charts are going to help you in any way at all if you want to learn to read a chart properly.
