Why does the CFTC get "blanket imunity" when they screw up? It's all such bullshit....tens of thousands of lives are affected and like always the government response is "oh well".

Blanket imunity certainly what their jobs mean. They get their paychecks for sure. They can do what they want, so they can say such things of imunity: "We are" U.S.A..

Just sharing my observation, a lot of YouTube videos I watch relates to people trading the Nas100 or US30, I looked at those markets and knew I would get my ass handed to me based on my system. If you look at UJ at the S1 PP, although counter trend, this pair may run up to the DPP and moving averages. I entered a buy but the stop is close, 10 pips and 1% risk.

Sell now, learning to read the markets and not trying to will my way. Any feedback is helpful and receptive to help my trading style.

Your trading style may be completely incompatible with indices. The most liquid times are between 9:30am est and EOD. Find a way to take money out between those times. Pivots aren’t going to get you there.

The more I think...It looks like US forex cartel (mostly oanda and Forex.com) done all this drama to malign MyFF and get back their client base. If CFTC was so worried about prop firms there are 10 times shitter prop firms still operating but no one got any notice. Their intention is to route traders towards shitty North American forex brokers.

ohhh don't worry.... this case seems to be about setting a precedent to the CFTC more than getting registration. They are still using language in the case like scheme, defrauded, illegal, unlawful, ill gotten ect. If the CFTC successfully takes down MFF... Surge, Smart prop, E8, My flash, MFFX, Lark, TFT + all easton tech props in the US/Can are dead. They will all be easy targets lined up next in the CFTC's gun scope. If there is also a massive multi million dollar fine on top of MFF's permanent shutdown, some of the other US/Can props may just shut down on their own to avoid future CFTC action.

Like the FDA, if "something" they have approved harms or kills you.....Oh well, we were paid, er "lobbied" to approve it.......so sorry for your loss.

Yes, and then it is mission accomplished while only needing to set precedent by shutting down(erroneously and borderline illegally to boot) the largest firm.
See how this corruption works all you pro regulation and pro government folks? This industry is just a tiny piece....this goes on all day, every day in every segment of your lives!

where you able to get $5000 free account from alpha capital, I can't get anywhere, looks like half the world is trying to get account ?
...again a new high today. Still having some problems with incoming tick data. Because some data is missing when I reload charts then I only see full picture. Hmm....

I am already forcing Ninjatrader via plugin mode for market data to get non-aggregated data from Rithmic. So I do not know whether it has to do with the Apex server here or if that is something with NT. But I guess Sierra Chart as being the older software (as it looks like to me) I do not think it is much better here or ? Any opinions ?

Not to get overly political (and this isn't directed at you or any one individual, just chatting in general on the topic), but the USA is a republic, which means governed by rule of law and not the whims of 51% of the majority (a pure democracy). It is true that we democratically elect our representatives, etc. but we are still a constitutional republic and not a democracy nor a "democratic republic" (an oxymoron that doesn't exist). At any rate, laws are supposed to apply to government and people alike, and no one is supposed to be "above the law". We have strayed far from this and well over 90% of what the federal government does today is unconstitutional and they have no enumerated power in our federal constitution to do most of what they do with all these alphabet agencies and unelected bureaucrats making up laws under the executive branch. This will never change so long as the people remain uneducated, ignorant, and mindlessly brainwashed by their government schools and media though.
