COT Data Excel linked to MT4 Indicator

Hello everyone, is it possible to link Excel File to Show COT data as like ADX Indicator shows, I mean, I would have an COT Excel File and there would be linkage mql file which will show COT graphs in MT4 chart like the ADX.

It would help us to see everything on the table.
