so is this bear trend done ore we have more in store
From the high of 4578 a double zig zag has finished with the last leg of the double zig zag ending in the 1.5000 fibonacci price extension of the move from 5145-4213. The double zig zag finished outside the blue trendlines, with Wave A of the last zigzag = Wave C (A=4200-3850, C=4025-Low of today). After a zigzag ends it usually either finishes at somewhere in between the trendlines (blue ones) or slightly breaks it (broke the blue one and landed on red). When it breaks it, people think that the trend is continuing. All that you need to do is to find where A=C. The red line also encompasses another level, but because the zig zag is finished it wont penetrate that level.
A move upwards is up in the sleeve of the EUR/USD pair. This move upwards will at a minimu retrace to a 38.2 level. So 38.2 of 4578-3732 is approximately 4050 level. This also overlaps the 61.8 retracement of the last zig zag (4200-3732). Look forward to sells at the mid 4000 level

Might go down to 1.3658 and will pull back 1.4158. Can it be really that simple ?

If NY traders get cranked up after lunch.... and equites go on a stop hunt below 10K.... our charts, lines, and logical thinking will not add up to a bucket of spit. Euro longs...with no tight stop loss... are flirting with a margin call, plain and simple. I hope it does not happen, but we are in the danger zone. Good luck to all.

Of course..Everyone should be using stops. I wouldn't call it dangerous though. To get yourself a margin call, you'd have to be pretty dumb. I don't care what the market is doing.

Im out and watching what will happen, someone recomend me to stay out of trade in first friday of month, is this a myth or real ?
