On the one hand its at the bottom of the uptrend channel and oversold on higher tfs, on the other hand 1.538 has been the major resistance coming down from the highs before going up again.

At the moment the daily looks like its going to close inside the channel, oil is at strong resistance, as is gold. Anyone else think we're going back up?

Given the strong downward move with the dollar strengthening across the board, A new prevalent downtrend has formed. If you look at the h4 charts HNS neckline has been violated and a price projection from this brings you to about the 1.52XX range. Given the upcoming Euro session superceeding the US sessions rally, there is a notion a bearish bias in which the Euro can plunge further. During asian session the Euro has tried to creep back up but to no avail. If a retrace is probable at most it would hit around 1.5670~ at least 1.5631 or just drop towards the lower line of my downward channel and retrace later on. Fib analysis shows a possible resistance level at 1.5655 in which shorts might surely take over. Fib Timezones show currently that retrace hasn't happened in zone 2, possibly zone 3 can be the one if not zone 3 can be the dive.

RSI analyses.

Downward LT[DD-'] channel has formed and inner channels stepping channeling upwards provide the (DD+) temporarily in which channels can be drawn out in the inner trend to find down breaks and possible positions. The [DD-'] engulfs the 60/20 range and we are definitely in bear territory A violation to the upside warrants a break up of 1.5655 pivot + 40 RSI level + 50 RSI level then ultimately the downward channel [DD-'] and the 60 RSI level. From there you can possibly consider longs however a move like that is unlikely.

See you Europe session. cheers.

I think we are going back up. Here's an analysis:

"EUR/USD is bouncing off strong weekly/daily support and just crossing above 30 on the 60M RSI, creating a convincing buy signal. Looking for 300 pips ."

I seriously doubt the pair will go up that far. A bit of retracement from yesterday's fall, yes. But it will be limited. The fall will resume.
Expected the unexpected

If the pair can get to and break 1.5610 level and stay there, then it might try 1.5635. I expect that to be the highest it will go before crashing downward again. Please note that is for the immediate future, i.e. the next couple of days.
Expected the unexpected

RSI angle is pretty steep so that kind of upward momentum wont last long. basic law of gravity, applicable to anything in existance.

its going up or down. Blank your mind and give it some time. Then make up your mind based on your trading system signals.

Trend is down but it could be supported here. I'm only gonna short rallies.

Up moves may get sold quickly and can stop you out b4 you can blink.

Keep risk low (2%) per trade. This way its easier to let winners run and also helps you honor your SL. GL

If you took a quarter and flipped it 200 times you would probably probably see Heads 50% and Tails 50%......

If you opened 200 ramdom trades without looking at price and closed them 1 hour later every time you would prob Win 50% and loose 50% (i've never tried this)

If you would take the same idea as above and randomly open trades 1 at a time with 2% (1% long and 1% short) risk and with SL 30 and TP 90 on every trade.....In the long run it would make perfect mathamatical sense for you to come out ahead. CAn you see y?
