The more you guys short the more it goign to go higher. The more bad money mgmt you have the more you goign to loose. If you are caught in a short and if you close it for a loss it will keep the price at highs. If you are patient and have the equity to handle the drawdown holding will make the pair consolidate and once enough pple are holding price will drop thats the whole trick.

Exactly. EUR/USD is extremely top-heavy right now, and nine consecutive days of higher highs is a rare event, indeed. The retracement is coming, and likely to be quite large.....just don't overleverage in the meantime.

Dang! You might be able to say "I told you so"....but I think the recent baby rally on Euro was just a cheap attempt to hunt stops for now for bears...before the USD takes the world by storm!

A bit late the the party, but one of the big UK behemoths is recommending fresh USD/JPY and USD/CHF shorts this morning.

This pair should be at .4800 right now based on the news.

Someone very large is keeping it pinned down.

For how long?

Money management is KEY and having the funds to accept the drawdown within your limits.I learned that the hard way when I first started blew out a FEW accounts lol. Now I have a limit to -pips depending on what I see.I'll just get out and reenter. Why increase your drawdown? Depending what timeframe you trade of course. Some weekly traders may have a huge drawdown as compared to a 15 min trader.

What Bernanke is saying is the recession is over because the banks are happy but real conditions for real people probably won't improve for a long time, if ever. What a joke.
