I don't trade with indicators because price action is king. Any indicators are misleading. Horizontal lines are sometimes handy. Lots of Euro traders trying to buy EU right here. I have my stops above in case they win, but I don't like their chances.

EUR/USD is staying in consolidation from 1.1846 and intraday bias remains neutral first. On the downside, break of 1.1846 will resume the fall from 1.2265, as the third leg of the consolidation pattern from 1.2348, to 1.1703 support. On the upside, sustained break of 4 hour 55 EMA (now at 1.1976) will bring stronger rise back to 1.2265 resistance instead.

Euro session is ending. Take all those buyers away and lets see what happens.
Also very wary of some medium news coming up in US session, which is probably when all the fun is going to start.
If they hit my stops I will punch them again.

5m chart shows an interesting fight at 1938
Preparing for another few swings up to attack my stops.
We are close to a fast breakout though... if I'm having to look at 5m charts to see what's going on.

GU could give a clue...because its holding EU back...if GU turns upwards during NY session...EU could fly.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

That said with so much compression going on, it could easily drop from here.
Or not...

although this area suggests a drop, probably better to wait for a clean breakout of 1940 before shorting, otherwise it'll get stuck there again.
GU is the one to watch though. It's hit a floor it's likely to bounce up from, taking EU with it.

My last open position this week, playing UJ back to MA's since it had divergence. Hopefully this hits the ADR so I can TP. Not sure if I want to go into the weekend with it. Been a slow week on USD pairs. Stay green everyone.
