USDJPY
H4 Bfly buy at 116.20, this is also weekly support and overbought so, suitable for bounce, even 400 pips would be normal despite main direction (Monthly) which is down, so this area offers good R:R, price bouncing off 1.13 ext and I hopefully we get next leg down on H1 soon.

You're talking about the Asia - Europe switch over. 9am (gmt+2) is the Frankfurt open and 10am is the London open. So you have Asian traders that are wrapping up their positions and the first orders coming from Europe. This depends entirely on the context and the news releases for the day, but I tend to fade the first two extremes (e.g. a low then a high) of the European open. The way I think about it is that more experienced traders would not go and put on longer term positions right from the open without seeing what the rest of the market is doing.

Yes, would expect to add 1.0842 as well.

It's a lazy low volume day, so even with the numbers hit- I wouldn't be surprised if they were hit again when real volume comes back

If this thing would move a little lower I'd look at it as a short-term long. I don't think it will hit the upper Trend Channel but we could get a run back up to the top of the Oscillator Channel, which will probably normalize at 1.0988 or so. It either has to sell off first or consolidate here for a while. I'd like for that cyclical signal to be a little "older" than it is right now.

let's see how this short will work out. otherwise, next levels to short are 1.0930 and 1.0975. will stack if 0930 holds as resistance and expecting nice drop this week.

I trade 15M up to the weekly. Currently have a trade running for the monthly time frame up to 1.2xxx, and just closed a trade on the daily- and just added one on the H4. More important than which time frames you trade, is trading the time frame you choose reasonably. Sisse says all the time, you cant catch a whale with a tiny fishing boat. IE, if you are placing trades in the 15M- dont set stops/tp in the Daily.

Good afternoon:

I don't know if this is correct or not, but this may be a type of flag or pennant on the weekly chart. Or, maybe just a wedge off the support line. I am definitely long at the moment, and will still short at the top until I actually get that breakout and pull back.

Patience..... I need to find more trading patience....
