Yes. But not only. The EUR also has certain times of the month (like during month end flows) when it exhibits repeating patterns, certain quirks (like retracing to the fifty fib on almost any timeframe), certain patterns (like not usually having more than 6-8 days of the same colored candle), certain times of day and days of the week when it's 'on sale' (like when London is closing its books and during Friday profit taking) and even what you might call certain 'bugs' ( like going up as hedges are unwound when fundamentally it should be going down), to name a few, that can exploited if you are paying close attention. And also certain times when I personally wouldn't trade (like right before red news items), any more than I'd go down to my local super when a terrorist alert had just been announced in the area if I could avoid it.

monthly supply - to monthly demand - weekly supply to weekly demand - daily supply to daily demand - highest time frame always in control, I believe you scalp though, I personally do not like scalping

Yes I guess you can say all markets are ultimately supply and demand. But that doesn't mean they don't have quirks you can take advantage of to get a better price. I do scalp, the reason being that I'm looking for the price for the least risk. But I try to do it in places where I can let part of the trade run.

Getting in at least risk is supply demand trading and its relative with draw down, as someone said to me if you trade daily you may have a 200 pip stop loss a good daily area is not usually that wide but if it was I would be looking for 3-1 reward

I don't only look at supply and demand levels though. Every level will break eventually so I also look for some patterns to give me an idea whether the one I'm thinking of trading will break or hold and where price might want to go if it does. That's also part of the risk equation for me.

Example: I didn't short where gator did at 1038 (even though that turned out to be good for some pips) because I had a pattern that said it was going higher.

Yes levels will break once a higher time frame zone is hit and bounces thats why I said higher time frame in control, if price has been shorting for months and months, and hits a monthly level at the bottom then the weekly levels above it will break until a monthly zone again is hit, and inbetween the monthly levels are weekly levels all the way down, its how the professionals traded for years, all the different indicators were from non institutional traders, it took me a long time to wean myself off of indicators that lag and its a process, but it depends how you were taught and what courses someone has tried when starting out trading...

The main thing is as long as everyone's system works for them, but I am always looking to improve

That sounds like an interesting idea, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Would you mind giving an example or being more specific?
