u gave the answer. its right here, in your post. . when it works, it works well. when its not working, mainly with manipulated shit. step back.

its going north it looks w/o some fomc worded help. or south if wording is delivered. its out of your hands... possible good entries pre fomc for the ones not over-leveraged on either side with stops in place. this pre movement has nothing to do with post fomc later.

1.0545 is safer to sell once price hit there.
Read the entire market, money is made on the main trend not the fluctuation

Probably just a squeeze to get a better price to short EUR, or buy UJ post FOMC. Plus it's completing a harmonic pattern, butterfly.
