IMO closing below 1.2720 on H4 will drag this pair down to 1.25xx levels.

Why a close? How a Close is different from price going below 1.2720 and then coming back up to close above 1.2720? What a difference a Close makes? And why on 4H? What about 8H, Daily, 1H or 10Sec?

It is because the pair needs to sustain below that levels, and closing on H4 because I analyse the chart on H4.
And yeah closing makes a lot of difference IMO

I think 1.276x is good place to short, with sl just below 1.28000.

I have 1.2765 as good resistance, the next resistance is at 1.2780

I didn't get you, how a close helps in sustaining a level. Why closes are necessary to make a difference? and why a close? why not an open?

Market took back about 50% of the profit from this usd/jpy trade, about 180+ pips left. 820 more pips to go to get my target of 1,000 pips.
