Not sure if EU will print your 1.3150 number as current inter-market dynamics are still biased for the Dollar vs the Euro to play out the "3 humps to M/T happiness" scenario..

The market repeated the July run with Euro level shifted up @ the 1.31 zone in September..

The market may be setting up again to repeated the September run with Euro level shifted up here @ the 1.34 yellow brick zone..

Under this scenario, EURJPY may rise with EUR from around here up to the recent highs while USDJPY grinds lower towards year end..

Just another scenario. This is a chart I posted yesterday with added TL. See the gap from 8/9-15/9/13 that may confirm the bo. The highlighted areas are previous pa that has come from the 61.8 to 50.0 weekly fib levels. In every scenario it has bounced back to at least 3/4 to the 61.8 level, often retouching the level.
So with combined bo and historic pa I would think we may go back into the bulls. There is however one variable that makes this different. In the past the pa hasn't closed below the 50.0 level before the bounce where as we closed about 8 pips below this time that may make it the catalyst factor.

So I am for the bulls atm. If we close this week below 50.0 fib I'd say bears will follow through. A big NFP ahead to determine direction of market ahead imo.
