He opened his trade at 29044 and closed it at 29058? that is a loss with the spread, he totally ignored the 20 pip drop to grab a 1 pip bottom?

This thread does seem to be full of 1 pip scalpers and pages of bottom pickers who in my limited time here all just post after the fact and always seem to either get out of ill conceived trades at either BE or with a 1 pip profit.

Just saying.....

Why would you pick a bottom for 1 pip, boast about it here and totally ignore the elephant in the room that would have given you 20+ pips.

Why would you scalp for 1 pip at a time when the cost of your transaction is greater then that, that means you always trade with a negative RR, that is not going to last long term.

I just don't get it. Is there an agenda here with some posters on the thread along the lines of mischievous misdirection?

On a 50 pip day, with 2-3 pip execution cost you are telling us that you made 173 pips....... Of course none of it was posted here and the ones that were posted still don't add up to anything positive, let alone 173 pips.....

You have execution cost on both sides of the trade, so that is 2.4 pips for each completed trade, it still does not add up to a 173 pip day when we only moved 50 pips today.

IF you managed to get 173 pips out of narrow range day, you surely must be one of the best traders this world has ever seen in the last 100+ years. I may as well see if you could manage my money for me, little point in doing it myself and trying to compete with these kind of numbers.


Apologies if you feel that I am picking on you, I just selected you to highlight what seems anemic on this thread in my short time participating here.

I not joining discussion other than to say daily range is not pa movement, example 1 day 6 4hr candles 3 100 pip up 3 100 pip down, up down up dowm etc daily range 100 pip, pa travel 600 pip, scalper could easily make more pip than range, but I am hearing what you saying, but is an open forum, have to take and do what you want with posts and move on, this discussions just go nowhere, iam going to bed after this hour close 3am here is enought for today
