DislikedBrokers always make money, that's the freaking spread. Their goal is to have you paying spreads (=trading) for as long as they can. So yes, some brokers are your friend.Ignored
DislikedVery few brokers are making just the spread, at a guess i'd say mainly Futures and some highend spot currency.
Think about it, if you knew most of your clients are loosers wouldn't you take the other side of their trades?
It isn't just by chance that the real brokers ask you first thing how many round turn trades you take when they try to get your business.Ignored
DislikedImho they ask you for round trades/month so that they can make you a spread offer. check into that, because I've negotiated my spread and currently have a swap free 0.2 to .9 spread on a certain broker.
And brokers that go on the other side of the majority of their clients (partially) are hedging risk. think of this ... 70% go short, 30% go long, you hedge 40% so you can risk guarantee certain deposits. how does that sound like?Ignored
