target is the 1.3000 barrier... and currently it seems to be grinding down... longs may be risky at this stage, until the barriers are taken out, but then getting back above 1.3050 may be a problem

I don't think you can vouch in the first place if you haven't already been vouched for by others who already have been vouched. I could be wrong though.

you need to have 4 vouches to be able to vouch... but once you get those then you can simply vouch in return... which then defeats the whole purpose...
