Most recent news/data in fact slightly bond negative - better than f/c IFOs/German stimulus package - while hefty shorter-date supply in the US is just around the corner. Bunds now 13 to the good at 122.49 after hitting a 112.52 top, while Gilts trade at 117.47, up 2 ticks, and just off recent high of 117.50. Equities struggle with conflicting news, leaving the Dax flat on the day at 4326 (lo4315/hi 4360), while FTSE after storming day yesterday giving back 34 points at 4174 (lo 4163/hi 4211). Gold not helping UK index, off $10 to 893/oz, oil stable to a tad firmer at $46.70/brl.
