MUMBAI (Reuters) - The BSE Sensex provisionally closed nearly 2 percent lower on Monday, on concerns the country may review its tax treaty with Mauritius, which could lead to a fall in portfolio investments via that route. Technology stocks led the losses. The 30-share BSE index provisionally ended down 1.95 percent, or 348.24 points, at 17,522.29, with 28 components falling. The 50-share NSE index provisionally closed down 1.9 percent at 5,263.45 points.
