I think your original analysis was the most broad, non specific, could go either way piece of writing I have seen in some time!

I predict, it will go down, maybe slightly, maybe strongly, but if it doesn't then it will go up. Oh, and it will continue moving this afternoon. Unless it doesn't.

i've got 3673 as s3 for today so i'm looking for the retrace to begin up to 3700 and then will look for a short entry back down; hopefully along with the ISM data
