DislikedQuestion: With hurricane Ike threatening the oil fields/rigs at a category 2 with the likelihood of gaining strength and the oil rigs stopping production due to evacuation why would oil prices go down? I am a little confused by this especially in light of the fact that earlier in the week our oil surplus was in the negative. Any clues?
