DislikedI have to say that this seems a little unusual. Protecting our customers from fraud by doing due diligence is part of the NFA requirements to “know your customer.” We don’t necessarily call every person that submits a withdrawal request to confirm, but we definitely do if the dollar amount is substantial. I’ve never heard of a customer that didn’t appreciate the fact that we treat safety of funds extremely seriously. It helps protect you, and therefore us, and therefore all of our customers.Ignored
