I was reading in the news how the situation in Italy is helping to drive the AU down. Can anyone explain why Australia is so affected by Italy?

Price did a neat bounce from the trendline. That might be all for EW5, target 38.2% correction to around 1.0350.
There also seems to be a Head and Shoulders on the hourly charts, with head projection to 1.0340, or even 1.0360 for a gap closure and SMA200 testing.
Downside target at the lows thereafter (and sooner if actual M30 resistance with SMA100 and 200 weaved together), with some stairsteps at 1.0110, 1.0060 and parity.
