i assume he will be kicking oil states in the nuts to help coal. the side effect is oil drops making it cheaper along with ng. that would make coal even less viable.. meaning both may get cheaper. but with ng at the valve, coal will still be unable to compete. it will probably also impact negatively the 100 drd of thousands of the new renewable energy workers.. so maybe we get a recession out the deal. hmmm kicks oil workers, coal workers and renewable energy workers in the nuts at the same time.. the saudis may even lose some of the monies set to buy arms in a oil drop. so those workers set on arm building may get a hit. on the other hand Germany/Europe may start beefing up its military to fill that NATO gap.. we will see. War always comes..

Fundamentally, with Theresa May dropping back in the English election polls, and the uncertainty of election results potentially impacting on Brexit negotiations, combined with U.S. June rate decision forecast 90% chance of rise, there should be downward pressure on G/U and E/U

Plus, Greek's debt issue. The EU want IMF to share some part. But IMF is controlled by the US and would want better deal. In this situation...It would be easy to seal the deal.

everybody sucks up to coal because that's what you do if you're looking for votes in WVA. But everybody who can recognize a fact knows coal is a dying industry in the US, and that has only to do with one thing: not Obama or the War on Coal or liberals or Paris or anything except the onset of cheaper natural gas over the last 5 years or so. The number of people employed in coal extraction has m/l halved in the last 5 years and why? cheap natural gas.

There is nothing DJT can do to save it either. Trump's rejection of Paris is just another Steve Bannon play, a swipe at "globalization" and the Trump regime's promise to promote "Merica First!", if it's a promise of protectionist trade policies, is a virtual guarantee of yet another Republican recession.
