Dear daviekim,

Margin call is initiated when your equity is less than 50% of your margin requirements, and stop out starts if your equity is less than 20% of your margin requirements.

As long as your Equity is more than 50% of your margin requirements you will not get a margin call.

Question to other XM clients:
Did you recive notification EMail about margin increasements for french election? I didnt get one - also no margin call email. Had a big loss because of this misstake.

Got notification that XM is releasing all Canadian clients. No reason given other than management decision.

Where should we Canadians go now?

There certainly was an email sent. Check your junk folder and next time create an exception. They did their due diligence to inform you.

had slippage issue with IC markets 2 years ago.
it seems IC market has gain a lot volume since then

Really don't know, just opened account today.. couldn't even fund it properly my money is at XM waiting on the transfer. Got my money out before a bad trade would take it all....lol I was so shocked this morning when I read that email... I was doing well the past few weeks

Pull your money now don't wait, I had no trouble but I have a few people that did...where the full withdrawal wasn't approved.. for what ever reason.
