probably, you earned some bucks of money and they have blocked your account because you did "arbitrage" with 9999999 accounts.
This is quite common situation you can't earn money with them! Stick to Terms&Conditions!

When you are profitable and you ask for withdraw emediatly they terminate their corporation without any excuse. That was second time they did to me.
So i received first that mail:

As i said before that was second time that they terminate our corporations and both of times it was when i withdraw a big amount of profits and when in general i was profitable.

This thread has sent me in awe!

I've opened an account on XM and XTB a couple of days ago, so that I can evaluate both of them using $1k, and I'm only interested in writing my own Trading Bot, but I'm super confused now.

I don't see any replies from the official representative for almost 10 months, and people's complaints are piling up, and I would like to know if I should proceed with my evaluation or just let it pass and ask them to close my account.

Any advice is appreciated here.

I have lost around $20K with them since 2015 but its all my fault as I was greedy and this coming week, the starting day of June 2021 I will be investing another $100 with them to test out my compounding plan but I am also worry about the situation here why they are not active but as far as I know XM have owned myfxbook or they are the major sponsor behind that forex forum. They are very popular here in Thailand with webinars 7 days a week with different Thai speakers. They have mentioned that their clients now are up to 3.5 million all across the world with several licenses from different jurisdictions and they good review in many sites on the web but why they are silent in here as you have mentioned that it runs like 10 months now with no response. What if we will go to FOREX PEACE ARMY OR FPA as this website is really brutal to any brokers that are doing fraudulent activities. Instaforex, fxgiants, ironfx are all in the list of scammer brokers and even some refutable brokers there are being scrutinize unless their representative will appear and will deal the problem and provide solution and once it is cleared then the integrity of the broker will be back if not like this with no reponse then FPA will make decisions or make a report to the regulators where that broker got a license to operate. I like their way of providing a fair game with the retail traders like us but just wondering same as you why xm representative is quite silent for 10 months now. I cannot make any deposit with my other brokers account as they don't have any local access in the banks of Thailand while xm have dominated the area in which I can easily make deposit but growing it is the real battle that I must take very seriously. I hope I will have a 60% edge this coming June 2021 and visit my YTC under the name Filipino Forex Trader as I will be making vlogs about the progress of my accounts with xm broker and even other forex brokers in the near future.

what if I have $10 Balance and $250 Equity/free margin, and I lose $20 on a trade, and make $30 on a second trade, will my new balance be $0, $20 or $30?

and, if it's the balance is zero after losing $20, will I lose the remaining Equity?

Dear XM I'm a beginner in trading and registered with you and received a bonus and I understood that any profits made from the bonus can be withdrawn, and I withdrew and got rejected and account blocked due to ' arbitrage of cash out'. I do not understand why my account will be closed due to withdrawing funds profited from the bonus and sadly I only have one account. Reading from posts it seems this is done to everyone who tries to withdraw. It is truly sad
