It might still do that, I don't care. I've got 16 pips I'm happy

I have notes that I made while going through the videos and I like to take those notes and read them.

I started on a live account 2 weeks ago and quickly learned about "emotional trading." First week didn't do so well, but easily recognized emotional decisions that were made (they can sneak up on you!). Second week went much better

NINJA TRADER Warning.
Hi traders, i did not want to post this here because i was thinking this could be solves easily with the NT support but... Also i saw some of you was interesting with NT platform and NT brokerage so this is my experience so far.
As you know i start trading live this week, so 3 days live, the second day i open a position on 6E and i want to close the position @ +3 manually so i click on the close button, i click 2 or 3 times on the close button as i was trading form my laptop with the trackpad, and instead to have a positive PNL for 3 ticks or 2 with spread i got some losses, so may be it was a slippage .. but no NT open and close multiple position in the same second !
So i contact the support, they requested the log files and after investigation they told me than clicking more than one times on the close button " is not recommended and can cause unexpected fills to occur","clicking multiple times can cause issues."
So yes i understand that clicking more than once on buy/sell could open multiple order, seems logic ! but i did not know that clicking more than once on the close button could cause unexpected fills, and you ? naively i was thinking that clicking the close button could only close a position and was not risky..
The problem until now it is that Ninjatrader confirm the malfunction of the close button but.. that's all, no apologies, and no refunds for losses caused by their platform's bug.
May be you could probably think i'm whining for losses, so you have to know that this losses cost me -33.39$ instead of +15$ so not a such big deal and my equity grow in 3 days to +5,29% so just to clarify nothing to whine here
So be careful with the close button of NT chart trader, personally i'm already disappointed in the way they treat this problem. Now i have to go ahead for this not to affect my trading emotions, not so easy after only 3 days, i'm also starting to found other solution that NT, will check TOS that you were talking about and multicharts as well.
Hope to have your opinion and may be Mr.Pip opinion about this, how would you react on a problem like this ? i will tell you if there is new advancement with NT.
