1) I think you dont understand about how works settings. You dont need load template with DashPIN. Settings are saved in cfg files ( file you delete ). Its evident DashPIN have problem when you load templates because i didnt check all possibilities ( all my tools are in develop stage now, are not stable ). The right way for dont lose the settings is use one chart with MT4 options settings needed and dont close it. Only important dialog setting in DashPIN is "Unique UI". Then you dont need save any .set file for DashPIN.

2) CSS is heavy in server mode only when you loaded it or changes settings ( its same steps from indicator view ). This is solved in new build because I dont use iCustom. But now you have understand CSS is loading 28 pairs x 3 TFs instances. And that is heavy anyway. Even with 500 bars history in MT4 load delays a few seconds. You are using 5000 bars. That means you are processing 5000 x 28 x 3 bars ( 420000 bars with iCustom ) plus 100 x 28 x 3 bars ( 8400 bars with CSS internal process ) in every load

3) I dont understand what problem is "charts mixed". I dont see any weird in capture

I group PINs tools inside chart with DashPIN. Even if I have change settings in tools this dont affects DashPIN

I never close those charts where DashPIN is loaded for dont lose MT4 dialog settings. All settings inside DashPIN are saved automatically then you dont have worry about this. If you need load templates for indicators then you let DashPIN in a separate chart ( without indicators loaded ) and use other chart for load template with indicators

oh ok, That is the reason why in one case i reloaded the Dashpin and it had the same settings i put ...

Its future feature. I made time ago a build with trade manager ( open/close/trailing ). But I disabled it until I will make it better

I think this is the first time i see setting being saved with a Unique Id /UI
All dashboards use template and set files ...

Okay nice, now i read better ... i tried to have different settings with Different Id / UI number but came back same settings...
never mind i try a bit more later .... i didn't delete the default.cgf
and i can see that when it saves settings i look in FILES folder and find DashTZ1, DashTZ2, DashTZ3 / and the Default for configuration

Okay so problem before my mistake was when i reset when i deleted the defaut.cgf , clear now ..
But i delete it because Dashpin disappeared and there was no way that i could install it again...

All my tools with UI works in same way ( Trend too ). But I forgot comment something about DashPIN UID ( because now I saw have a slighly different behavouir ).

It was my first UI in tools and I have mixed some things. You have select different Unique UD for have different settings like Trend but you need do one step more.
Unique ID refers about settings file but inside DashPIN you can set name of template settings ( default is called "default" ). You can use letters or numbers. Capture shows that. You can have 2 different Unique UD with same template loaded. Or it can have different like capture ( template "1" and template "2" )

Settings are saved in that "template file" inside DashPIN UI options

PS: Default.cfg is a special file. You dont have worry about it. If you delete it its generated again

I was thinking of that "setting" inside DashPin... i saw it before, but didn't try it because was on another trade...
I can better see these things when is at the end of the day, because in the daytime i look at the live account too ,,,
Okay this is more clear now .. and i will have to put all in the Dashpin manual i am compiling _

Template setting inside DashPIN allows you change between settings without have reload EA. For example you can use with one template 3 pins group and with other one pin group. If you want use one you only have put name template and when you close settings window template will be loaded. This allows you create new templates and use it later in others DashPin instances. It's equivalent to mt4 set files but more flexible

exactly works that way i change the name template and all worked fine
and i saw the same mixed settings i did
I see in FOLDER FILE that when i do different settings the files is generated automatically ....

I don't like mt4 options. When you have many options like EAX it's a nightmare make setups

Sorry to be boring posting some results, but not getting rich here yet ...
I am posting to let others know, and who are a bit doubtful about Dashpin
and who believe it is a difficult system that it really works_
Yes it is a bit complicated in the beginning and i am still asking questions, but will get there eventually_
I am not a good trader, but i try hard and what i see really surprises me_
Previous basket closed at (-35) so i left the computer alone and went outside ( My fault for not setting SL or Trail Lock)
i came back and was +63 .... / DD still no good, as i try combinations and levels so meanwhile opening fake trades and that is normal_
Hi BrainB. if Dashpin was always negative i will have no questions to ask
but since it is profitable i need to ask more quests ....
So pls be ready to shout at me when i don't understand

About make questions dont worry. I never had problems in help. In theory its the base of this forum.

About DashPIN is not profitable itself. Its only a manager tool for have more control about how PIN mixes happens. More control means more possibilites to improve weak areas without have mix.

And now I will explain what is your problem seeing your reports. You have serious problem with exits. You have some trades closed with more -100 pips ( in your -35$ basket ). You need put one of that trades in chart in see if is at extreme of swing. If its true you will put in chart tools you are using in mix and try guess why failed and check if you can solve with small modifications.

But now my experience with this. That kind of bad trades cant be recoverable because looks typical extreme bad entry. The best way is use SL ( 30/50 pips ) if rest of good trade are good like looks. This will reduce DD half or 2/3.

Why when you close bad basket and you open again you have perfect entries can be explained for exits. While you have a bad trade you cant have other ( breaks entries cycle ). Its evident seeing your good basket sometimes your entries are good. But when you suffer a bad entry, exits are so slow ( or dont happens ) locking the opportunity to close fast and recover. If you can close that big DD trades before are so big I think rest of your strategy will work enough well for have profitable days recovering that DD.

Short history. Try see if you can solve exits with SL or emergency exit PIN. If you want use emergency PIN search one can works and later I will show you how setup DashPIN "priority" mode for create exit PIN levels

Then put Sinus MA/Non Linear in one PIN group with higher priority and set "priority" mode. You will need mix use PIN OUT because group modes only works when you use PIN OUT. That will make when you have signal in that emergency PIN group will override rest of PIN groups taking the signal have that emergency PIN group.

Even you can use a second emergency PIN group with a higher level than first emergency PIN group for override first emergency PIN group if happens. If you use same priority in both emergency PINs groups you will need mix of both have valid signal ( like normal PINs )

For example Brain ,,, take this Css Mc Michol ... just as a sample not for show win or loss
as you can see ChfJpy and below GbpNzd trade was opened , but if i was using the X exit
than the trade would be stopped because the signal dissappears ..
i hope i can make clear my dilemma ,,, why i dont use exits so often ...

so example just as example
PIN GROUP 1 i have 2 pins
PIN GROUP 2 I have Ma Linear (sinus) Ma linear only ??
PIN GROUP 3 I have 1 pin
PIN GROUP 4 I have 2 pins and so on ......
Then i need to enable the Pin out and there will be the mix of signals but if the trade goes in opposite direction
then the signal of Ma Linear will override and close all the basket ?

CSS is long cycle. Second level tried minimize that but you will need a second tool for have very fast exits if price go against your trade. But my last explanation is for use your current setup and try solve that problem with exits without touch everything. Only adding an extra PIN for very fast exits ( emergency ). In that way "priority" mode is very useful ( I created for that basically ). Create chain of exits without touch main mix

PS: If you want send me email with setup you are using ( only DashPIN template configuration ). I will add that PIN for you without touch your main mix

You need make mix inside DashPIN and send that mix in one EAX PIN ( entry/exit enabled ) using PIN OUT. DashPIN can make the job of separate PINs group using modes

Yes. If you use PIN 2 as emergency PIN ( priority mode ) if it have signal will override rest of PINs groups. Set priority weight higher of rest of PINs group. If you use priority 1 in all PINs, set priority 2 in PIN 2
