There is a flag (CP) that if it breaks and engulfs south (where the arrow is pointing), I'll wait for a test to the FTR/FL and enter short.

Comments are welcome.

If it breaks north (where the X is marked) I would consider watch PA and also look in HTF to see where price may reach. But again, any comments from senior would be very interesting!!

EU setup:


Important FL egnulfed. (RED)
If it retraces down to the edge of CP ( Blue FL), long entry till MPL.

I would wait for the MPL for entry.

Do I have the right idea?

I personnaly would wait for a better setup... but that's just me.

EU wiped some SL. Let's see if it engulfs down. Meanwhile see if scalp works again.

Mine was a scalp. It was on 1 min charts. Target, entry , engulf were all very clean and it worked. Just didn't retrace enough for me to enter.

Your chart is 15minutes. I had no intention of keeping that long past my target.
I agree that the break of that FL is necessary for going long in the chart you posted.

Pink big rectangle is the first FTR after a big move up which also engulfed the previous blue FL. So it is the origin of the move, true supply or MPL.
There is a CPPAZ(between blue and black lines) inside the Origin FTR.

Ideally, I would love to short from the QM levels that are shown with blue lines. That area is the last FO Zone that would entice many buyers before a price turn

However price is compressing up to the lower edge of CPPAZ(black line) where also a very big drop in price occured, and was not visited for a long time.
An engulf in to the compression happens. I mean textbook compression, and a perfect engulf into it, followed by a fake upmove to the edge of CPPAZ

Also this whole PA happens in a place where price is very likely to turn...

Tricks are being played right now in an area where tricks have been played. Too tempting to miss.

EU returning to zone of demand and I believe the origin of that move up, right?
If it reaches there is a high probability of moving up again.
Marked the zones where there was a reaction to price and the new zones of supply. I'm I thinking right or price will react to the FL and go up? Seen the LTF and can't figure it out.

Price went past the black line into the Last FO Zone and hit the blue QM line and dropped. Would be a good trade if I was patient enough.

I have a simple question. I am studying every chart posted here. Here is an example of an engulf. IFmynate shorted here because engulfed area I circled #2? But the circled area #1 is engulfed north, is it not? could we interpret this and start looking for longs instead?
