Short DOW, Fibo retraced to 0.786, not nice, but nice rotation at the structure. Don't expect a 1 to 1. Expectation is a retracement. Let's see how it goes.

do you have any special trading rules in your trade plan to trade a retracement ie do you have any point that you get to a break even position or a take profit target that your aiming for?

Well ... there are brokers and then there are brokers. My broker has 1 pip spread for both GER30 and US30, so I can get in and out by 1 EUR / 1USD respectivly. ( lowest i could find was 0.60~0.80 EUR for spread on GER30 )

I think by structure, the difference should really be tick charts vs time charts. The overnight candles completly destroy structure. Its very rare for brokers platform to have tick charts, which its a pitty really. ( only know prorealtime, agentrader and dukascopy platform. Tried protrader, but their tick charts are a hit and miss, refresh chart and get different candles )

You also have options to use a fixed spread broker or also use CAC or STOXX50, both of those are way more stable ( CAC is very interesting).
