GBPUSD

The GBP have had a bullish corrective move after the article 50 release, but we don't think this is a strong bullish movement.

The banks and big players are looking for higher level and better price to short this pair.

Our trading idea are Sell Limit @ 1.2565 with SL @ 1.2615

If we are wrong we only risk 50 pips. No re-entry or new short if our SL will be taken out.

USD (Dollar index)

We see further strength on the USD as the 100 level (99.89) was broken and retested. If the price break through 99.89 level we look for weakness in the usd.

So the start of this week we look for more continuation in the USD strength.

A break of the 100.74 level we are looking for even more USD strength.

On Friday our Premium member was alerted through email about this USDJPY entry

USDJPY (Still valid).

The WTI/OIL was showing signs of strength at the end of the week.

With the USD outlook we don't want to short USDCAD. We pick USDJPY as the Strong/Weak pair.

Buy Limit @ 111.25 with SL @ 110.90 (we risk only 35 pips on this trade).

This pair is now 25 pips up from our entry.

We can see other orders for short/profit taking at 112.50.

This is the reason we don't trade breakouts... Its risky and you entry the market when all the others take profit.

At Asian Open this week they got a TP set and Close price.
