On a different note - if you into breakouts go search FXHard and SSBO thread. Basically identifying consolidation zones and waiting for the break.

The problem with that is the The Dead Zone (and Witching Hour) are not just breakout methods but use the alien WZ methodology, trading the zones back inside the body of the candle.

So far then....
Cable 4am dropped ( I think Claudia mentioned this pair might drop)

Straight "Billy Break" or Lems "Wick Zone" -either way a winner. (Tempted to say also a"123" -from midnight uk time?)

Testing Dax 0730hrs bar -Lem, would the circle count as a "123"?
Anyway -usual fake then a move down but not much unless treated as wick zone trade. However, I am counting this as a fail because you would have to be quick to get ten pips and I am not sure I am - so "Fail" it remains.

Hi Claudia. Yes -those are his Indies(-10 and 50 lwma and 8CCI) but I focus on price. His Indies I use elsewhere when trading dax on 5pip Range Bars.

Yep, it's a 1-2-3 off of the 00:00 bar (notice that there was also one off the previous midnight as well - can't remember if we talked about that one already, I see you have it marked with a red arrow). H4 bars give wonderfully clear 1-2-3 trades.

Crude Oil Inventories yesterday arvo. CAD is heavily correlated with oil. The data working its way through to the US Open c/w some red USD news combined for a reaction.

Tom - one thing to bear in mind, if memory serves me right, is that it's not an EA as such, in that it doesn't run trades for you. What it does is lets you run back-tests and shows all trades, allowing you to optimise the settings. Or I may just have dreamt that...entirely possible...

EDIT: Ah, ok, I just realised you are talking about the one that Claudia's pal supplied, not the one for the SSBO doo-dah. Ignore above.

Maybe I should go back to bed...
