Bit late and I apologise for the after-the-fact-ness of it all - but for the record, today's Bias on The Dead Zone stands as:

Strongest: AU (B), UNok (S), UJ (S) and GER30 (S) (EJ initially had a strong buy bias but before any move triggered, that changed to sell). Oil had strong Buy but signal came on the trigger-bar and as noted before, I am still unsure about that timing).

Next Level: UC (S), GN (S), GU (B), CJ (B), NJ (B) and XAUUSD (B). (AN (S) and NU (B) were also at this level but again, signalled on the Trigger-Bar.

I took AU (and as noted above was in UC as a 1-2-3).

Given my lack of love for Friday trading, I am probably done for the day unless something jumps out and smacks me on the face (I may go play scalp-the-EJ if I get bored ).

How did they turn out!? Crazy move in that direction or did it reverse the signal? I am thinking that it leads to a crazy move.

OIL went exactly as signalled - Buy all the way.

Of the other ''unsures'', AN (S) was definitely wobbly. It did break South as signalled and as a Southbound flight, you'd have made your +5...just.

NU (B), did just fine (assuming you had no cause to bite on the tiny head-fake back inside if it came earlier). Grabbed it as a Dead Cat Bounce, before price reversed it all the way.

So jury is probably still out. So far it seems like in these situations it will go as planned but just not as strong as the more decisive signals and you should be looking to bail at the first sign of a reverse.

Very good! I had to bail today and got the max as a strong reverse was coming! And as soon as I closed it dropped negative. I think a strongest breakout signal gives amazing bias so yesterday had long bias a weaker long bias came before open and then pop a SUPER STRONG ONE in the long direction. This setup is when I look for daily range... code 3 low another 2 low and then a 3 high at entry

CAD DZ - Lems noon to 1 pm Wick Zone trade:
North for a few points into body of signal bar then a nice drop South for 10 pips plus :-)

I'd agree. The reason I didn't look to take my fav EJ today despite a strong signal on paper, was that the initial signal was a long way back. I'd rather see it in the previous day or previous few hours.

Yep, Mr-T. As it was a 1-2-3 pattern on top, you could have been pretty safe ignoring any initial move North.

YES! I noticed on the sp500 as I was looking through it and there was a 2 week period where the signal came from WAYYYY back

I actually traded both most days! LOL I used more leverage on one though. The original hour moves like a bat out of hell (hour after Tokyo open) but the tokyo itself gives one solid move and hoot hooot 0.0
