GBPJPY took 2 Positions 50 pips each. Price was off 50 Fib level and Bullish engulfing bar formed at BRN.

Hi Likica ,

May I ask you another question about divergences ? ( to be honest with you , I have already ask such a question but I think that I haven't understood the answer !)

On my chart attached , when we look at the divergence on EU M30 chart from this morning (white lines showing a bearish hidden divergence ) , do we consider :
1- the divergence being an old one in term of candles forming it (52 candles from start to end of white trend line ) , considering its lenght is less or more valid ?
2- do you consider it as no more valid because there are some 12 candles since its realisation when I took my trade ?

Though its a winning trade + 43 pips taken after FO , away from DOL, round number , 200 EMA and TDI getting outside blue volatility bands showing an acceleration, I was asking me those questions regarding the relevance of its divergence.

Yes I did noticed that H1 would have been a better example but Likica's thread being a M30 specialised thread and I took my trade on this timeframe , I stay on M30 to ask my question.

Hi Bodal and traders,
I took some times off last few days as it was our New Year celebration
You can get in a any candle if you have H4 H1 congruence, but keep in mind that many times you might encounter a retrace before it getting back to your trade direction.
Look at my H4 M30 with my drawings, hope you will find more reasons why it did well. Let me know if you still need further explanation from me.
Tip of the day: Find a good location by zooming M30 chart out to see a bigger picture or switch it to H4...and did you notice good sign for selling while stoc and TDI on m30 were at oversold ?

Thanks for the answer . Another one question : you seem to have an indi for inside bars on your H4 chart , how do you use it ? What about outside bars that I did took into account after one of your valuable tip , why no indi ?

I don't take single candle for my trades, but use in conjunction with other criteria that were mentioned on 1st page. Many traders trade off breakout of an inside bar on H4 D1. I m sure there is an indie for a outside bar, however, I don't think you need to have an indie to see a big bar :-)

It was a hidden div on H4@ R (not M30), I would wait for a hidden div confirmed on M30 to short since it was against trend on m30 and facing DOL.

Out of curiosity, why decided to focus on m30 as opposed to other TFs?

Does DOL needs to be the daily open line of my broker or daily open line of a particular session Asian Session (NZ, Sydney or Tokyo), US session (NY) or EU (Frankfurt) or London Session
