Easy. All indicators go in the indicator Folder. All EAs go in the Experts folder.
i can see her confusion though. Just place every file in the indicators folder and then the one freebie, Freebie_EA.... place that one in that Experts folder.

use the Freebie_EA to have mt4 place trades.
use Freebie_Indi so it can plot the signal arrows and that way u can Compare that the arrows match the trades taken by the EA...


Attached is a template. It only loads the Freebie indicator along with the core indicators.
The core indicators show the 3sema, pivots, stochastics as Dredding points out in pg1.
You will also see signal arrows. If you have the EA running on the same chart, the arrows should
line up with the trades.

JFY: In this tpl file two indicators aren't loading because of wrong path, see screenshot

Awesome thank you. I'll upload it to the server.

In the code the EA or indicator takes care of the folder thing. What I do is group the indicators/EAs into folders that I can identify cause I have many projects .
But as far as the user is concerned the EA/Indicator will look for the files in either the folder I created, or even a folder you create or in just the plain ol Indicator or EA folders.

Yep, it's part of the new way of getting the semafor values. In the older EAs/Indicators the semafor is the kulprit for the big time slowness. Now what I do is get all that info in one shot at the beginning, it's quicker. Try to reload it see if the semafor array(list) catches on. If not let me know, I know the fix, hec I'll add the fix this weekend.

Bazze: Try reloading the EA a couple of times. It's just a matter of the EA detecting the number of candles it has to handle. AH What he hec let me do it
right now.....


There upgrade complete. These version does not have out of array error. Yep I had to fix it also in the Indicator.

Sorry I have been having issues with my internet but now its fine
You talking about the set file i used or the one you said I should download? i deleted the one i was using

That's ok and thank you. I plan to start testing next week.

I will be using a $500 demo account on a US broker (later I will use a non US broker)
I will set my lotsize to microLots(0.01). (later on I will use the automatic Lotsize calculation)
I will set my SL manually to 100 pips. (later on I will use the automatic SL calculation)

The main idea here is to see how profitable it gets, more or less when it does this.
And very important when it loses how much and WHY.
Also we can test to see how the upper TF filters work. That is should u wait more time to let
the trade get back on track? Which is the better filter for this? I will only be using the ZigZag and 20sma filters (maybe the 3sema but that is similar to zigzag).

ALSO!! I want to try out the candle stick patterns. IF you look at one of the first pages (1-8). Dredding shows that using candle patterns gets u in earlier into a trade.

AS you guys know I left out alot of upper TF filters. Let me know if you want me to add a particular one. It is real easy since the code is ready in the previous EA versions.

Oh I just realized your statement indicated u deleted your set file. I wanted to one that u were using when u where having success.
I know I have it somewhere but I don't rememeber the name. You sent it to me via email right? What would your email be so I can search it in my inbox?

So is anyone having anymore EA/Indicator problems?? I would think that the last one the out of bounds error is all settled and ok, right??

Here we go V47 stacked and still working. Only problem was that I had to catch the 50 pip SL and move it manually or I would have been stopped out early.

John are you saying that the EA set the stop loss at 50pips incorrectly?

No, for this trade the stop loss was too close. If left alone I would have had a loss. The trade did go to profit and the BE kicked in and finally closed the trade with $86 in profit, but the swap was $167. So the trade was a winner but also a loser, LOL.
Maybe we need a BE + swap.

Two days on-line and six trades. Looks very promising. Sorta makes one think using a demo is a waste of time. I will give it two weeks and go live.
