Europe going home in a rather jittery session in the FX board. Highlight Euro starting to choke at the highs of the 1.05xx handle and starting to look thin at these levels. We wont hold for much longer around here....

Whatever the case, and for those following, Euro unlocking the 3er and final potential trigger with a 'momentum play'....

For those newcomer interested in the discussion check back posts (FOMC/NFP flow right now but even more in detail check iteration 19 series last year which is the exact same scenario) as we have now like the last time before a potential break, 3 basic price triggers options: 'roll entry'->triggered, 'regular fade entry'->triggered and still in play and from today onwards a 'momentum tigger' -> in play from today.

Exact terms are irrelevant, concept is the key .... we lost a few fellow traders in the thread last momentum tigger back in October...can you spot where the entry is? ...

Here nothing to see across the board with same levels, same trades, same all ....

If we speak intraday level I will say that fading the 1.057X level still is valid. For a momentum play I think 1.049X level.

Opening of the Last big spike on the upside is where the momentum should come to the downside .... I.e., .048x
Range wise .048x - .051x ... Hope I am right ...

For today's high what I was having is .058x and a close below .055x ....

Hope I am right ...

Me 2.. For a momentum play, I think the entry should be @1.049X level

It looks like 1.043x-4x for me...bulls would give up there and the chain reaction for those stops seems like it would be there...not really good at this concept yet...any pointers, critique, etc... are welcomed and appreciated

To the other side i see bears giving up and stops hit around 1.066x-7x...any thoughts?

1.067x to the upside, 1.052x to the downside in the short term.

If 1.065x is broken it opens up the range up to 1.085x so I will say that a bullish momentum break is at 1.065X ( I will not trade it if it happens without any FA change )

1.069x - 1.071x ... But if we are in the midterm leg which is sell how can we have upside momentum play ...
Might see some knee jerk reaction at 1.063x

to the upside 1.064. In can happen without moving us out of ST range but with ST sell. Not likely to happen, no?

Could happen I guess. Wild Trump speech, stoploss domino effect, then a quick reversal to normal levels. At least that would be great if you put a limit around those lvls for a quick reversal scenario.
