How do I set alert so that indicator can send me buy or sell signal alerts display notification?That is what I mean.Thank you.

If you want an alert on your computer when price breaks out the CZ, you need "10" I guess.

But I don't know exactly what you mean with "buy or sell signal alerts display notification", if you want a notification on your phone you need a mt4 application on your phone and enabling notifications in your computers MT4.

Yes I want an alert on my computer when price breaks out the CZ..How do I set the alert in the SSODynamicbreakout box indicator?

I love the SSBODynamic box breakout indicator because it can visually backtest and display net pips on chart..

This is a chart for EUR/USD..Net pips from 9th Jan 2017 to 13th Jan 2017 total is 76pips including spread 1pip.NB:the spread is just an assumed spread..Stop loss 5pips and Take profit 50pips...Imagine having traded the signals this week with 1lot...Possible profit to have made if you traded 1lot from Monday to Friday would be 76pipsx1lot($10) = $760profit...

USD/JPY Net pips for the week is 81pips including spread 3pips..Stop loss 5pips and Take profit 50pips.Imagine having traded the signals this week with 1lot.Possible profit to have made if you traded 1lot from Monday to Friday would be 81pipsx1lot($10) = $810 profit.

Total profit for the week trading EUR/USD and USD/JPY = $760+$810 =$1,570. Numbers do not lie

This is just to say that using a low risk high reward with this strategy one can make some good profit trading only 2 currency pairs like EUR/USD and USD/JPY.Just my 2 cents.Anyone still using the SSBODynamic Box breakout indicator and how is it going?Looks like this thread is dead but we can possibly revive it because this strategy still got some potential.

I would like to start testing the indicator seriously next week when market opens but I would need your suggestions and recommendations..God bless Forexhard , the thread owner.

yes they do and those numbers do. you don't understand how the indi works. this indi and system is only for forward testing, not back testing.

If I understand your question correctly- the indicator does not give that provision. I don't think it was meant to be used in that manner.

Here are explanations of all the settings of the indicator: qforex.ml ----> Indicators -----> SSBODynamicBreakoutBox.

What you want is probably 21000100 in the 'TradingSession 1' setting. But I have no experience with that, just try.
