I've been hammering it a little in the gym lately (no, not because of Christmas excess, because I don't do excess) and I felt like I had superhuman powers today . Or it may have been I was on the treadmill right under the air con and I could breathe. That's the best I've run for a long time. My best is 11:47 for 2 miles (road) and 42:30 for 10k (road). I'm a bit off that form, but hey I still have it! I tried Cordyceps. It's a fungus and Chinese athletes take it to improve stamina. Totally legal obviously .

A tip: try Korean ginseng if you want to fat burn. That gives you superhuman powers too . Increases testosterone and builds muscle.

You mean like that 2+2 character? It seems that whoever that person is likes to denigrate Trump voters or Trump himself in almost every post he puts up here on FF and he can't really make a cogent case as to why. I am not sure what the point is. Who names themselves that anyway? Pretty lame!

I think JakubSzalaFX is not a bad guy I have had some private messages with him and think his a nice guy but he dose want a European Federation instead of a European Union which I must admit scare the shit out of me even after talking to him I still don't really understand why he wants a European Federation this is not Star Trek

Best I've done was 7:12 for a mile and half, it was pretty painful at the time but considering 6 weeks prior i couldn't get under 9:20, we knocked over 2 minutes off our original time within 6 weeks.

Doesn't Cordyceps molest the ant family? seen an Attenborough program once saying the ant got infected with the said fungus so one of it's pals took it off up the tree and it clamped on, to get it away from the others, then the spores started coming through it's head and out for a few inches before releasing more spores to infect more ants, something out of a horror movie.

Wow, that is an amazing time! You have talent! Sub 5 min miling is really something. If you can get to that in 6 weeks that tells me you are far off your plateau and can go a lot more. Probably it wouldn't take you long to get to a sub 35 10k. Then you may start seeing diminishing returns. Do you know there are only about 10 people who can run a sub 30 10k in the country; Mo Farrah is one of them and the Brownlee brothers another two.

Don't lose your fitness, because it will be harder to get back when you're older. How are your knees nowadays? Surprising you can run like that giving what you consume on a Saturday night!

I just got a new mountain bike Will be having some serious fun!
