Mudosh, can you tell me why you took the trade there and not where I drew a vertical red line? This is where I am still learning as I nearly took the first trade but didn't because of red news an hour later.

ScrambleGuy, I am also new to this system, but I believe the main reason Mudosh took the trade there is because that is where the TDI crossed over. I would not have taken the spot you marked because the TDI crossed several candles before and that was a very large candle. I avoid taking a trade after a large move like that. Hopefully Mudosh will confirm or correct my thoughts about this.

Scrambleguy, as Trade4 has pointed out that candle was very long. I had to wait for a retrace to jump in so as to have enough space for price to move before the next support. I hope Trade4 has explained the reasons much better than i would.

Thanks for your reply and reasons and thanks to Trade4.
The only thing I would say is if the trade had been taken at the start of the candle which I meant you wouldn't have known it was going to be such a large candle with 30 pips or so in it. I guess the main reason would be as Trade4 pointed out that tdi had already crossed a few candles before,.

another question here...

regarding currency correlations I've seen that you recommend looking at E/G if there's a discrepancy between G/U + E/U.
Would that mean in currency's such as E/CAD, you'd recommend looking for a discrepancy between U/CAD + E/U first?

EURAUD trade +50 Pips

After break of down trend line. Usually I exit after red candle close but trade is already at Breakeven so I kept as it is and eventually it has hit TP.

2 trades taken today, EA and EC. Both trend line breaks off 200ema, beob`s with bearish reg divergence. heading into dol my only concern. Was going for 50 pips on each but when I got home price had come back. Took about 15 pips however on the positive side, I felt like I "saw" the trade with Likicas system. Did I go for a too bigger target? Both hit around 30 pips each, so in hindsight maybe my taget should have been dol. Likica please feel free to comment.

I would not go in a short div if price kept making HHs HLs and against DOL

it does not work the same way with ECAD by looking at UCAD & EU. Take a look at ECAD right now (choppy) while UCAD is diving and EU is flying
