You could try compiling with the MQH libraries supplied by pips4life here. This has a 50/50 chance of fixing the problem, i.e. it depends whether the incompatible code is in the MQ4 file or the MQH file(s).

The errors came from the MQH files.

No sorry, I checked my archives, I don't have either the mq4, or the ex4 file that you posted. I have never seen this indicator before.
Also did a quick check using Google, I found the ex4 but not the mq4. Perhaps the programmer is attempting to protect his intellectual property.

I've got a question about that, here is the situation.

I bought a paid for an excellent trade manager EA a few years ago; I use it for every trade almost daily.

It is the best thing I have ever paid for, it has 2 lines on the chart that can be dragged to where you want the trade, all types of trades, stop, limit or market, there is a panel with buttons to click; also shows the Risk setting, and Range between the lines.

I'll just post a picture, easier than to describe, much of the chart has been cut out to show the TM better, please don't complain about that.

However, the website has disappeared, there is no response to many emails and Youtube comments to the coder / owner of this code.

What options are available to have this made to work on another account as it is locked to 1 account at present?

This is a real concern as I am moving to an ECN broker soon.

I have looked everywhere for a similar Trade Manager, no luck, seems to me that many qualified, skilled programmers are missing out on a ton of cash by not developing something like this. It addresses & handles the position sizing & risk that everyone advises about, it places the stop loss and take profit as per user settings.

@ Hanover, I'm no coder but seems to me that something like this would not be that complicated or hard to write would it?

The ironic thing about TRO, he was getting donations years before Patreon became a thing

Now it's a totally accepted way of doing business and still he gets bashed for donation stuff ???

I reckon he would at least double his income if he became a Patreon creator, and many coders here too like hanover

I retired from corporate IT in 2004. I'm not looking for an income from forex related programming.

Good luck, I hope that you can find somebody to code your EA.

Dear hanover
Did you have any work on usage of indicator to an EA?
we have 2 solution:
1.changing code indicator to EA (my problem= indicatorcounted() function not usable for EA)
2.Calling indicator (problem=not working , I dont know exactly how using)

If I was coding I would use solution #2 , i.e. write the EA as a separate code and call the indicator values using the iCustom function.
For more info about using iCustom, see my recent posts here and here.

However, please note: all of my coding is done using MT4 build 509. If you want to convert your indicator to an EA so that it runs on MT4 build 600 or later, you will need to ask another programmer for help. Also, MT4 will likely be discontinued soon, hence you might be better to ask somebody who knows how to code MQL5.

@ hanover, how hard would it be to add Price Labels at the end of the Horizontal Lines?

Color setting option would be bonus

It would be useful when setting a pending orders to display the desired numbers
