Anyone have a Zero XM account? I would like to know if the spread is really like announced as 0 - 0,1pip + commission 5$/lot. I opened a Zero XM, and before sending funds, i checked the spread on EURUSD and the minimum i get is 1,6 pip!

The support service was great! Need just to select different sufix pairs to trade.

I just signed up for a Demo account at XM. In the chartlist I cant find EUR/USD, GBP/USD etc. Only the pairs that aren't being traded a lot. Am I missing something or is it not possible to trade the big pairs in the Demo version?

Press Ctrl+U in meta trader and select from there what pairs you want to watch/trade
Hi XM,
On your website, it said that your company use instrumen like forex, stock index, oil, gold, and CFD. But, when I opened demo account, I just find forex, gold, and silver instrumen in my MetaTrader4. I mean is, it is normal? or I have missed something on registration? I already look on "Create a new chart" but it just the same. I didn't find another instrument Thank you.

Very disappointing broker.

Many outage during news.
Spread go ridiculously wide during the night.
If you want to do some carry trade, stay away cause they will take a huge chunk of your cary away.
If you use volume as analysis or trade during the news, you will need other brokers cause this one always lag or have outage.
During outage of course no volume is counted.

Overall I would rate this one a 3 out of 10

Even small brokers like 3tg stays on during news.

Can you please explain about your Christmas bonus
and the criteria how to withdraw it?
I read on your website its only for trading purpose, how many trades should i make to withdraw or totally impossible to withdraw, i like XM want to open live account asap.

Thank you for your tutorial but doesn't help at all, When I check available servers all on NA.
Besides that, as I have mentioned before, on my mobile the servers were not reachable as well.
I have worked at a broker and know the backoffice how it works and also what can be done with MT4 platforms.

All I ask is to make sure to have reliable server connections and if you say it is good as it is, then please stop doing this. (You know what I mean)

I would like you to specify to which exactly promotion you are referring to, because at the moment we have different promotions running also for different regions.
Please write me the exact promotion you are referring to and I will provide you with more information regarding it.
I am living in Germany, and the promotion is "the 100% bonus" till the end of December. I do not want to withdraw all the cash, but, i want to know your regulation.
