Good Morning!

Just open my computer and try to modify and generate the report again, now the report is not mismatched chart error like last night any more!

The curve was a good and DD - up, not below the balance curve.
This parameter setting - quite promising option.

John, there is a question: you use the entire range AUDCAD M5 from 2015.2.1-2016.11.25?
Or first, part of it in the optimization (eg 2015.2.1-2016.09.25) and the full range from 2015.2.1-2016.11.25 for the final test?

Just searched the one you posted before (http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...12#post9143912) last Friday night, since latest one have some errors. The testing reult from the QLT EA which I posted only. Full days from 2015.2.1-2016.11.25! Set file is in the attachment.

EA_QLT_RSI4Cmtf_AEe.ex4 is generating the multiple-results by my server now, Just waiting for it.

Jonas uses version "v1.6.1 m13-7-51 [Staxis]" adviser. I checked the settings in 2016, Alpari quotes at the bottom of the result (DD 498$).

John, the main thing that I want to clarify - this is the range of first optimization.

Optimization of the full interval can not be used to trade immediately. There is a high probability that the optimizer program "will adjust" result.
To understand what the settings are correct and works best - will have to wait (a month or more).
Therefore it is necessary to complete the optimization before - leave a month or more. Then we can see how these settings EA trades after optimization.

The story is like that because v1.6.1 m13-8-11 is pending now, there should be some errors, so I was boring in last weekend, then turn to the pages before of the forum to research the whole topic about QLT, just found your posted old QLT EA, then try to tune it...

Because I am just like a little student of QLT, you are the guru, so if you can tune it better, then let me know!

Will learn more from master in the future!

John, you have done useful work. Your result shows which ranges should be considered in the optimization. Test results on an interval of two years deserves a lot of attention!

On the weekend I picked up settings for AudJPY.
Example: The result of the optimization from 1 February to 11 September 2016 (The first screen).
The second screenshot is the result of checking the settings range from 1 February 2016 on 25 November 2016.

This is only an example. I did not take this set to work, because it has a small number of transactions from 1 February to 11 September 2016 - 119.
If a small number the transactions - a set of statistically does not inspire confidence.

Hello Genry and all

I found this thread last weekend and figured out to test today.
But it seems the EA does not open any single trade yet.
I might miss some setting or information from almost 150 pages of this thread.

Here is my screenshot for the setup on TickMill broker,
I use EA_QLT_RSICmtf_AEe with original setting.

"EA_QLT_RSICmtf_AEe with original setting" is not suitable for the normal operation of the adviser. Each currency pair has its own settings.

Please see the pic below. this account is running on fxcm 1:100, starting deposit 5000GBP. it is the very first version published by Genry, with the original set for AUDCAD, and actually is the one that is loosing ahahahahaha

Hi, John!
I watched a lot of results. John, can reduce the number of comparisons.
Increase the range of testing to full.
Sort the results by number of deals and get the results:
1. where more transactions;
2. less drawdown;
3. greater profits - these results confirm first.

The next stage - sort by drawdown and look for:
1. where more profit;
2. where more transactions.

Next: sorted by profit
1. less drawdown
2 more deals.
