Then I set my stop loss level at the last swing (first vertical line). I usually aim for a reward to risk of 1:1 (third vertical line) because that way I know that hidden divergence will give more winning trades than losing ones. But I am sure that a RR of 2:1 would give good results also. Sometimes when price reaches half my risk in profit, I bring my stop loss level to breakeven plus a few pips. Just to secure my capital.

Here is a good example of the importance of price trendline. Better if price closes across its trendline.

It's always worth to look at the big picture. There is a HD pattern forming on the 4 HR chart, but there is a reverse candle pattern on the daily and the weekly chart shows that price is at a major support level. Too many doubts for me even if price crosses the 4 HR trendline.

Here are the charts that I'll be watching at the start of next week. To me, they show good HD patterns forming, but it does not mean that all entry criteria will be met. Patience is the keyword.

I wouldn't be surprised if the HD fail on he 4HR chart is a signal of a change of direction. The HD forming on the 1HR chart would support that argument.
