You play your own game/method and you do not want to be drawn into the big boys game..
Look at a 4 hour or daily candle, don't look what is inside them. whip kills the lil guys...

It can take several days to recoup, but it happens.. Look at it like an investment, plant the crop let it grow, harvest.
Robert is in next room trading for me off the 30 min bar . several of those trades are days old and it actually looks frightening but they come good. As long as you have £££££££££ -$$$$$$$$$$$$$ at the end , that is what matters..

It's not the first time that you mention this , and as I have a slowbrain , I think I just catch the concept ... thanks for it (BTW my bankroll is safe)

I ENTER EVERY TRADE THINKING IT WILL FAIL....... so you are right ...the last sentence of your last post ;we need to train ourselves/emotions .....

a lot of homework to do ... not on the method but on the mindset ....

i'm a rugby fan .... so off side rule apply also .... I see where I need to improve .... rules discipline and MM are under control , just need to change the mindset when entering into position ...

i am rugby fan also, and i play 2nd row when i manage to get out. You will get there, keep asking questions and watch charts for glitches.

This is what I do, except I bust the .1 unit down into two .05. I have a smaller account for the moment. I also let the trade trigger first without any pendings on it, after it pulls back I set everything up. Hope this helps as well, my spreads easily go for 2-4 pips. I know I know. I am a slug.

Have a look at aud/cad something a bit different. On 4 hour it's been on a down and bounced back up and hit resistance double top maybe - and going south again - needs to break the 50.

Chart pattern says back to recent lows. Might be wrong.

Worth a look.

that is good and even if it retraces only a few points it helps...
and it does not matter about account size as it will grow. Hope you are ok.
