The AUD fall is explained either with trendline break....or tonight's data,  which may be bad. So surpriseeee. People MAY BE already selling
I'm long E/A. Not touching this.

im still leaning bullish. Just cursing at the *mf* USD for that climb and resulting kick down of the AUD to 7460 earlier. I thought 7500-05 should at least hold or see a bounce. Furthermore made the very unwise decision to stop loss at 7460, expecting it to fall to 7448 as a final support level. Didn't see anything at 7460 to repel it upwards. Damm. This has been a difficult week to trade. Always hate these sharp one directional moves because you never know how far they'll go or when they'll end and reverse abruptly. One moment short AUD in good profit, the next moment take loss...then suddenly backwards again

This is how you know that patterns work. When you can make forecasts and watch the pattern complete. $$

AUD .7485

We have unemployment stats coming out today .

Take the number at your own peril as the ABS will be picking them out of a barrel .

USD is strong across the board and this trend aint going to change for awhile .

Both sides of Australian politics are now looking at 457 Visas (temp working visas ) to wind back .

Reading between the lines here is that because they both fear unemployment to gain momentum ?

Certainly the China fear from the Trump win can only hamper Australian exports .

Fundamentals point to a lower AUD medium term

Even with the $ strength, AUD/USD is still in a range since August. We're at the bottom of that range now. I think the $ is going to continue to do well, but AUD/USD has run its course. I'm buying with a 100 pip stop. Very small trade, but aiming for 2/3 up that range, about .77

Just one other thing .. The RBA Governor has concerns over Trump USA for Australia's future .. Im not as pessimistic so long as Australia looks to other markets rather than relying on China .

I guess numbers overall bad.
Sell is the right way.... Markets are down too.  
 
Dollar is a bit wobbly now, could lift A/U..... But nothing to make me buy this
0.7474 now. Try 100 pips short for now.

If i traded this, i would be richer
Bought me E/A, same result. Crappy moves all day...
But.....
 
I should concentrate more on the E/A. Looks neat and profitable,  with swings to offer excellent entries....
