Back in the saddle today - turns out it wasn't so bad after all ...

I'm still in on the CADJPY runner as that was one I had gone back down into a Wick-Zone trade and so had a bit of time to think it over. It also then moved so smoothly that I never had any cause to jump in early as I did on the EURJPY when the wicks started to appear.

All fun in the sun...

Well then, I wonder if some of my ea's will transfer... everything in my head tells me no... So I guess brokers are going to switch to mt5?

Hello Pipshaman and welcome.
The thread has evolved from E/J Daily Break to trading the 04-00 4 hour break (WHICH IS EASIER) and we also have excellent inputs from others including Lems 12-00 dead zone break.
Get the method right and stay in control and you will get the porsche and the shoes.you can pick up a porsche quite cheaply these days unless it is new.
RSI ?if you bring this into play you will have to adjust the method. i tell why in next post

we are over bought, HOW FAR IS OVERBOUGHT???
we have break of high for at least +10 TO +20..
majority of the time we are mid way with rsi. i did cherry pick this chart..
i personally never looked at rsi just trade the break....

you do need to be able to fix a bad trade though

the role of rsi is just to confuse us traders, how high is high and how low is low?
Also regarding buying when a pair is overbought, Think of a car travelling and slamming the brakes on, it does not stop dead.
Same as a pair , it moves and (breaks high/low)and doesn't stop dead ((( ok sometimes it does)))it normally either carries on or will get +10 . we have the stats to prove it.

Busy so far down in the Dead Zone. USDCAD, USDNOK and GBPUSD were a bit ''One for all and all for one!...'' and all that, didn't mess about. I didn't manage to juggle well enough to add NZDUSD, AUDUSD or the other pairs - three kicking off at near enough the exact same time was enough for me.

That CADJPY rocket from yesterday finally closed...most certainly had a good night's sleep knowing that was all locked in tight. Today's all jam...

@billytt, thanks for your prompt and honest answer. I will re-read your first post. Off-Topic, can anyone guide me to the LEMS Dead Zone trading system, you know guys, we never have to stop learning. I currently trade classical chart patterns and breakouts but I also want to learn more and more.

It always does, T15! Just keeps on chuggin' along...That's why it's at the top of the Dead Zone Go-To list. It just so happens that I was looking at the USD pairs as they kicked off today.
