We are now in the last London bar. and we are less than 8 pips below Friday London close at 22084.**
If price will eventually managed to take out the 2 Friday poor lows (PreUS 21707 and PIt US 21857) watch out below them. If something could go wrong downside these are the perfect places.
At that moment downside we will still have the cluster of lows at 2135 zone, but at that moment in time the weaknesses above could prevale. (I'm speaking about odds: nothing could be sure here)

Note that as predicted we are still inside Friday pit session range: meaning acceptation of it. Now let's see if it will make some tests below and/or above it as previously written.

**And in fact E high is tagging GB Friday unchange at 22038

2192 the lower composite POC is near to current price position. Because price is currently leaded by weak hands the POC could attract it easily. Let's see.

Note also that technically E period is inside D that is inside C: so we still have the possibility of a breakout above or below.

Attempted breakout below E D periods failed by F periods and here we are back at the opposite side of the balance, as normal (E D periods high)

Now watch out: it is a weak environment. We could came back downside again considering the composite force of attraction maybe removing the Friday poor lows. Or we could continue higher from here starting a correction of the upper weaknesses. To go higher we need volume in order to evade the double attraction of the coposite poc at 2192 and the attraction of the current pit POC at 2209** (where we are now).

Well, nothing happened today during my normal hours of work and now I'm really too tired to continue. For now current pit session didn't solve anything nor below, nor above: all the weaknesses present in the bracket are still in place upside and downside.
I don't know what it will able to do during overnight (a gap somewhere?) in any case I will see it tomorrow.
Have a nice continuation and if you are interested read the weekly pre opening report posted yesterday evening: it could be helpfull to cover the whole situation in a top down perspective.

EARLY MORNING REPORT

Yesterday we had balance sessions for GB and Pit. GB closed as an inside session of Friday GB. (Its range is inside Friday range as its value is inside Friday value). The same thing could be said for pit session with the only difference that in this case the yesterday Pit range took out the Friday pit high for 3 pips and the yesterday pit value is overlapping to low fron Friday pit value.

Now about the weaknesses left above and below we are now in an even more complex situation than yesterday. Today in fact we need to add to the list above also the Pit us tag of pre US poor high at 22415 that now is a cluster poor high. And we also have to add the today Tokyo session poor high at 22347 tagging the Sydney high just 1 single pip above it (exactly at yesterday pit unchanged.)

So the complete list of the poor high above is this:

  1. Today Tokyo poor high at 22347
  2. Yesterday preUS poor high at 22416 only tagged by yesterday pit session high (1 single pip above it),
  3. GB 10.21 poor high at 2248 Tagged by today GB session poor high at 22487,
  4. Sydney 10.20 poor high at 22597,
  5. Pit 10.20 poor high at 2274,
  6. GB 10.20 poor high at 2285,
  7. Tokyo 10.20 poor high at 2298 and finally
  8. Pit 10.19 poor high at 2322


Below the Friday preUS 21706 and Pit poor low 21874 remained unsolved and we have to add to them today Tokyo poor low at 2209 (the POC of yesterday pit session...) And below them we still have the cluster of lows at 2135 zone.

If you take a look at the daiy profiles you will see a clear maturation of current poc around 2220. This could lead to a directional move in my opinion.

About current GB situation we could see that it opened exactly at the low end of yesterday GB range 2219. Then it tested below it (that was also the Friday GB spike base as you remember) and went up again balancing inside the lower portion of yesterday GB range.
If we got acceptation inside yesterday GB range we could expect a test above it where we have the cluster poor highs at 22485 and the old gap downside to fill just above that high. If instead we will not have acceptation isnside yestday GB range we could go downside to take out the old gap upside at 21976-2203: but to do this we need more volume.

In any case, considering the upcomng news and the extraordinary weakness of this market I invite anyone to a substantial caution in any direction.

GB poor low at 22153 and C period inside B that is inside A. We also have a very tiny range of 15 pips (a record from August) : possible break from here in a normal condition.
