Actually myself quite expertise in option trading but will be working in a firm very soon to control most OTC Option market. Any desk trader here can share experience?Ignored

You won't really know until your new firm's existing team get you up to speed with the in-house systems, the management's risk appetite, the risk managers' level of risk averseness etc etc.. i.e. all the things that have nothing at all to do with trading. If everyone knows what they're talking about (including you), then you should have a pretty happy options trading experience (a contradiction in terms).
