Pit session opens inside the upper distribution and attempts below it. For now, (preUS+pitUS first period) we have no acceptation below 2199 (upper distribution low). Also PreUS C period high is at preUS half back 2211.

Value is overlapping to higher from yesterday pit value so, even if it could continue lower to take out the poor low at 2180, it will possibly do it below current value. So, I prefer to step aside. Let's see tomorrow. Have a nice continuation. Best L.

PRE OPENING REPORT


We are in a weekly/daily trend down in a one timeframing lower mode. And yesterday was an inside day and a pit inside session: a possible break out from here is possible. Below to test the "all time low" around 1978, above to correct some of the inventories clearly very short right now. The nearest main composite POC is at 2256. Below we have a minor composite POC at 2127, above we have a major composite POC at 24327.

Current Tokyo session is building a possible further GB gap downside: if so we got 7 GB gap downside in the last 22 working days. It's a lot. Maybe to much. And in any case a precise signal of emotion involved in this move downside.

If the GB gap downside will occur we could continue lower while if occurred but retraced quickly or not occurred at all we will have initial acceptation of yesterday GB range (22168-2318) and eventually tests above and/or below it.

Up and down open 2164: lack of conviction in any direction. Gap down still in place. B period low, as written, is weak at half back/Tokyo low 21535. For now C inside period of B. If it will remain like that untill D open we could have a break from here.

Also we have a buying tale made by A period and we got acceptation inside Tokyo range. But for now the ruling reason is the GAP. If it will resist we could have continuation downside...

For continuation downside we need as soon as possible a confirmation below A period low 2132. It will mean elimination of current buying tale. If not, considering the weak environment: watch out for possible retracement.
