GBPSEK while it does not feel the same either, keeps one on the edge nicely, if things get boring.

forex is a stupid business imo. Exchange rate of 2 currencies is nothing but a boring number and it has no real value for investment, unlike other trading venue.

I feel stupid for myself that I started this practice many years ago. In this game, it is humans hunt other humans. It is like a war game or something like that.

i always don't beieve in FX market. It is always no fair. The most sucess i thik by now is" Please dont use much money " try to use small ones and get it become big one. we never know when this F..cking thing will happen again. this fc..king thing was driven by nasty and fuc..king people.

Any violent moves leads the market to extreme volatility and in GBP/JPY's case, it has been one too many today. BREXIT is no new NEWS, and the market reactions are abnormal. The move today in itself is a big downward spiral and if the predicted GAP comes true on Monday, the pair is likely to get thrashed severely. We might end up seeing new lows & new highs on this pair. These are my views; pls tread caution as capital protection is key to such unexpected events.

Thanks for sharing! Nice to hear different views - personally I am expecting some recovery because I feel that the chances of BOE easing further in Nov has reduced.

Well after a hard days work, some shorts and some longs, things are fixed, not that they where broke, some sort of anxiety of having hanging trades or something, some scalping on the side and triple payed even before profit, plenty of room to leave them hanging without a SL for the weekend Dragon and all.

I've been on these GJ forums since 2009, yet since that time, hardly a week goes by without the 742 trade thing getting brought up. For some strange reason it is only referenced to NY time, which is constantly strange on an international forum. Quoting a US time on an international forum is surely showing a total disregard to others based around the world.

OK, it apparently happens either on time, an hour early, an hour late or sometimes not at all. At other times, it moves the wrong way. If anyone else looks at it, it either doesn't work or provides contrary data. It may be even more complex insofar as anyone using other than NY time also cannot see it. All of which leads me to think that, rather than just being in the eye of the beholder, it must be a very complex trade that operates via quantum entanglement. Such would help explain its indeterminate nature.
