you can't know if it is a trend day beforehand:

you watch pre-market GER, than GER opens;
you watch pre-market LON, than LON opens.

it can still reverse...

very good book, very very bad cover.

BagX didn't close longs (again) ~10620, he could have doubled his equity.

Thanks, yes he did not close but should hold until there is some signs of the trend ending.

Gee and there I was thinking it was something you had worked out for yourself.

Books are just plain BS. If the book was any good then it would never get published and the script would be locked up in the Bank Of England with thousands of armed guards.

I have never come across a book that was of any use at all other than to describe some very basic principles.

Save yourself the book cost and study the charts more in relation to what is happening and what tools help you see this.

I can tell you that pipfarm has almost got it right in the charts lately posted.
